1. What we collect

To create your account we store your email address. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your Google account email. We store your birth details (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth) in our database so your chart is available across devices. If you submit a consultation request, we store the details of that request.

2. Astrology computations

All Vedic astrology calculations (nakshatra, dasha, panchang, guna milan) are performed in your browser using the astronomy-engine library. Your birth data is sent to our servers only to be stored for cross-device access — it is not processed server-side for astrological calculations.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage for session preferences (theme, daily intention check-in). We use Supabase Auth session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. Their privacy policy governs how they handle data on our behalf.

5. Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@nakshy.com. We will remove your data within 30 days.
